For my double page spread, I used Indesign to copy one that I had found from my research. Firstly I found the type face that was the closest to the one on the actual double page spread and I chose Voor. When I had the type in I aligned it so that it looked like how the type was arranged on the actual double page spread. I also created a rectangle and filled it with the colour back.
Next, I added more of the text onto the double page spread and I aligned the text and changed the size of the font, so that it looked neat and also so that it looked the same as what it looked like on the double page spread that I am copying.
Next, I added more text which was aligned, the font I used was Georgia. Also I changed the text to italic, so that it looked the same as on the double page spread. I also under that bit of text, I added a black line and i then aligned the text above the line with the black line below. After that I added a comma and the letter 'I', before I added in place holder text. I aligned all the text up so that it looked like it did on the double page spread and so it looked neat and professional.
Finally, I added the placeholder text onto the double page spread and the text at the bottom of the page as well. Also I took my own photos for the magazine, so I had to edit the image before I put it onto my double page spread, which I did that on Photoshop. After I edited it I placed the photo onto the double page spread and resized it on the page. Also finally, I added a grey gradient background like the background of the actual double page spread.
